About Us

Established in 1987 in Riverview, Florida, Boyette Springs is named for its many natural springs and ponds that abound throughout the area and community. The last home in this close to 1100-home CDD-Free (Community Development District) was completed in 2003.

The Boyette Springs community offers families a quiet, safe, and environmentally friendly lifestyle. Many home sites offer great pond-sites and conservation views of Bell Creek Preserve, a designated conservation area. Boyette Springs also features the beautiful Boyette Springs County park with pavilion, playground, baseball field and basketball court. Also the Bell Creek Nature Perserve borders the west and south side of our neighborhood. In addition to the local park, the community is minutes away from other regional parks, including Lithia Springs Park, Medard Park, and more.

Situated within the heart of our subdivision just minutes from many homes is our highly-rated Boyette Springs Elementary school (Grades K-5). Located on the periphery are two highly-accredited private grade schools, the Montessori school and St. Stephens Elementary. Within four miles are Stowers Elementary, Rodgers,  Randall and  Barrington Middle Schools, and Riverview & Newsome High Schools. These educational facilities are highly-rated in Florida scholastic aptitude testing.
